Dieting is the fastest way to lose weight. However, does it good for your body? In fact, diets can be more dangerous to your health than beneficial to it. It is bad for your mental and physical health and cause irreversible results. Here are some reasons why diet are bad for you plus an simple introduction to an another healthy way to lose weight.

Problems with energy restriction
  • Results in eating patterns, deprive people of their natural ability to regulate normal eating.( counting calories, meal plan); 
  • Trigger bingeing and eating orders and, hence, lead to psychological symptoms: depression, isolation, guilt and shame. Once people who are in diets eat high calories food, they will feel extremely had about their behaviors. Gradually, this feeling may cause them have psychological problems.
  • Regain weight and loss weight cycling.
