Why people love Vitamin C ?

Vitamin C is a water soluble Vitamin that naturally present in many foods like red peppers, broccoli, orange and leman. Unlike plants and most animals, human cannot synthesis Vitamin C by ourselves so we have to get it from our food. Vitamin C is an antioxidant vitamin which has a great impact on teeth healthy, gums and blood vessels and help human body absorb iron in food. The majority know that intake daily Vitamin C can intense their immune system and prevent them get sick. In fact, Vitamin C can do more than that. Generally speaking Vitamin C has four noted functions that affect are: antioxidant-activity; collagen synthesis; the cardiovascular system and the immune system.

The most obvious benefit of Vitamin C is intense human's immune system.  If one person intake Vitamin C everyday, then he/she is less likely get sick in flu season and dramatically decrease the risk of cancer. Also, Vitamin C can be bought from every markets in a pretty low price. In other words, it  prevents people to go to hospital and pay high medical bills.

When Vitamin C is digested, it becomes a water soluble antioxidant which is able to mop up free radial as soon as it generated as a result prevent or delay the development of cancer and helps prevention of aging. 

Another function Vitamin C influences is synthesizing collagen, a significant protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels and anti-aging skin. Not only synthesis collagen Vitamin C is also responsible for repairing teeth and bones. In a word, It helps people stay young and looks more beautiful.

Finally, Vitamins C plays a huge role in our cardiovascular system. According to research, people who have low level of Vitamin C have much higher risk to have a heart attack, stroke, or artery disease. This is because once arteries get clogged, not enough blood can get through it to heart as a result cause heart attack. Vitamin C is able to clean the arteries enable a healthy flow of blood to the heart and prevent those diseases happen.
